Each item we sell has a care instruction tag attached. We can not be responsible for damage caused by not following these instructions.

Please note that there is a 15% restocking and inspection fee on returned items that are not defective.
All items to be returned MUST BE unused, unwashed and in original packaging. DO NOT wash or use the merchandise until you are sure that you are not returning or exchanging it. If a soiled item is returned to us, we will return it to the customer at their expense.
Federal law prohibits resale of used bedding.
You must request a refund within 7 days of receipt in order to receive a refund. Contact us with your order id for return instructions. We will issue it as soon as possible after we receive your return shipment. This will usually take 10-15 business days from when you ship the item to us.
Any item that has been washed or used will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
Unfolded sheets cannot be accepted for return unless they arrive defective.
*We WILL NOT accept the return if the items are not in their original condition.
